Milton Medical Centre’s male and female GPs can assist with all your general practice needs. You can book an appointment by phoning 02 4455 5755. The medical centre is open from 8am until 6pm on weekdays and is open 9am-1pm on Saturdays.
The GP’s are experienced in providing aged care and palliative care services. Services are provided at the practice, at Arcare Nursing Home & Sarah Claydon Residential Care Village and occasional home visits. A visiting geriatrician who provides assessment and care with his or her nurse practitioner after receiving a referral from your GP. They visit once a month and provide a comprehensive “geriatrician in the practice” program with your GP.
Milton Medical Centre has an onsite Diabetes Educator (Ms. Jane Gordon). Receive expert advice on self-managing diabetes to help to prevent complications.
Milton Medical Centre offers comprehensive women’s health services including gynaecology and pre & post antenatal care. Pregnancy care is provided at the clinic by a registered nurse and midwife (Lyn Grey) and Drs. Docherty, Macartney & Balachandran.
Milton Medical Centre has a dedicated skin clinic offering comprehensive skin cancer checks as well as operative and non-operative treatments.
The GP’s are trained in mental health and can assist by writing mental health care plans to access local psychology services and providing medical care. We can also refer to remote psychiatry services who provide Telehealth consultations on site.
Milton Medical Centre’s GPs can assist in the case of an accident or minor injury. We also have a treatment room and nurses onsite.

Home visits are available to patients of the practice. These are offered at the discretion of each doctor.
Patients of the practice requiring acute care will be triaged and seen by the duty doctor via appointment.
